DEL MAR, Calif.--Critical Care, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CCTI) announces it has changed its name to Cost Containment Technologies Inc. to reflect the new strategic direction of the Company, reflecting its recently announced intent to acquire Health Care Medical Technologies, Inc., a Sioux Falls based health care cost management firm.
