Founded in 1997 by Janet Jackson-McCulloch, MA, CMC, Jackson Care Management has been the premier provider of care management services to older adults in the area for more than ten years. Eldershare Care Partners was established in early 2005 to meet the growing need in the Houston area for high-quality, professionally led caregiver services.
