HOUSTON, July 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on August 14, 2020 to all stockholders of record on August 10, 2020.

The second quarter 2020 dividend to be paid in August 2020 is unchanged from the first quarter 2020 and the second quarter 2019 amount.
