IMPORTANT NOTICE OF EMERGENCY AND PROPOSED RULEMAKING  

The District of Columbia’s Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) has adopted emergency and proposed rules establishing the maximum capacity of youth living in a residential facility to fifteen (15). The emergency rulemaking was adopted and went into effect on Aug. 16, 2019. CFSA also gives notice of intent to adopt the rule, in final, in not less than thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the rules in the D.C. Register.
