Amryt publicly files registration statement for impending US listing on Nasdaq

DUBLIN, Ireland, and Boston MA, June 23, 2020, Amryt Pharma (AIM: AMYT, Euronext Growth: AYP), a global, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing novel therapeutics to treat patients suffering from serious and life-threatening rare diseases, announces that the Company has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to facilitate the creation of a trading market in the United States for American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”). The Company is not proposing to register any new issuance of securities. The registration statement is subject to ongoing review by the SEC, and the proposed listing of ADSs representing the Company's shares is subject to approval by Nasdaq.
