With extensive management experience spanning more than two decades, Tate brings valuable leadership to Bridgewater’s, already great, executive team during a period of rapid growth. As COO, Tate will have an immediate and profound impact on operations and direct the company’s multi-continent growth, enterprise business development initiatives and administrative functions.

Prior to his work at R&P, Tate held successive executive positions at Apple leading Apple Enterprise in Western Canada and Long View Systems focused on multi-geographic expansion and award-winning Managed Services.
