SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend 8% to $0.13 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on February 19, 2020, to shareholders of record at close of business day on February 5, 2020.
