CHINO, Calif., May 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTC: CCBC) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a 20% stock dividend. The dividend is issuable on or about July 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019.  The dividend will increase the number of outstanding shares of the Company by approximately 371,826 bringing the total shares outstanding to approximately 2,230,958. This will be the Company’s fifth stock dividend since inception in 2000.
