When users drag emails into these folders, the email message and attachments are intelligently filed to the correct folder in the organization’s cloud storage service. Emails saved by mxHero are optimized for cloud storage with metadata, access security and automatic conversion of message bodies into PDF documents.

By leveraging native email folders and light-weight central configuration, the service does not require end user software and works with every email program or device (mobile phones, laptops, etc.)
