For this reason, he said that the training of human resources constitutes one of the main challenges for the State in the context of the decentralization and institutionalization of local power.

The official made such remarks in the launching ceremony of the Training Plan for Local and Municipal Administration, which includes matters related to Local Public Finance, with the overall duration of one year.

He said that the unification of public administration training colleges is a concrete action in the field of State reform, in the area of reducing administrative structures and improving efficiency in the adjustment of the scarce resources available.

Jesus Maiato explained that, with the creation of the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP), the aim was to ensure a balanced and harmonious training of the human resources of the public and business sector, in order to achieve sustainable development in the country.
