Provident Financial Holdings Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 30, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (“Company”), NASDAQ GS: PROV, the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B., today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a one-year extension of the April 2018 stock repurchase plan.  To date, a total of 23,748 shares of the Company’s common stock have been purchased under the plan, leaving 349,252 shares of the Company’s common stock authorized for purchase from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions prior to the expiration of the extension which is on April 26, 2020.
