(the “Company”) (OTC:TRLI), a development stage technology company specializing in recruitment software, is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a change of the Company’s corporate name to Recruiter.com Group, Inc.  The Company has submitted with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) a notification of the corporate name change. In conjunction with the name change, the Company has also applied for a new trading symbol that would better suit the new name of the Company.
