Ambassador Barlerin encourages students to uphold ethical values
On April 17, 2019, the U.S. Embassy welcomed 50 members of the Ethics Club of the Government Bilingual High School Nkol-Eton, Yaounde, for a seminar on “Developing a Personal Code of Ethics.” Facilitated by YALI Regional Leadership Center alumni Nkemcha Martin Tiku and Etonde Eliot Nchang Ndeley, this hands-on session informed students about the benefits of ethical values towards success in school and in the community. At the end of the session, participants pledged to “Always do the right thing even if no one is doing it!”
