TORONTO, April 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardian Capital LP today announced that it is redesignating Series W units of each of Guardian Managed Income & Growth Portfolio and Guardian Managed Income Portfolio (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”) into Series C units, effective immediately. Series C units of each Fund are subject to a management fee that is 0.15% lower than the Series W management fee of the Fund, and so the redesignation will benefit investors by reducing the cost of investment. Following the redesignation, the Funds will no longer offer Series W units. Related changes are reflected in the Funds’ simplified prospectus, annual information form and respective fund facts documents filed today with the applicable securities regulators.
