Ms. Palin has been a valued Associa team member since 2002 and has held a variety of leadership roles within the company including director of operations and human resources.
As the new vice president, Ms. Palin will continue to implement internal customer service protocols, and improve processes and procedures across the organization. She will also focus on the branch’s day-to-day operations, business development, client growth, and employee training and retention.
