Terrafina Announces Complementary Distribution Payment as a Result of 2018 Tax Result

/EIN News/ -- MEXICO CITY, March 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV: TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, announced today that in accordance with Trust Agreement F/00939, the Company will pay a complementary cash distribution to the holders of its Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (“CBFIs”) on March 14, 2019 in the amount of Ps. 0.321720 per CBFI, for each of the outstanding 790,602,803 CBFIs. This amount is equivalent to a total payment of Ps. 254,352,789.51.

As a result of this complementary distribution, Terrafina covers the obligation to distribute 95% of the 2018 tax result as indicated under Articles 187 and 188 of Mexican Income Tax Law (LISR).
