Boise Cascade closes on previously announced sale to Southern Veneer
Boise Cascade Company (Boise Cascade) (NYSE: BCC) entered into an agreement with Southern Veneer on January 28 to sell its plywood facility in Moncure, NC. The sale officially closed on February 28, 2019.
The company would like to thank the Boise Cascade employees who have transferred to the Southern Veneer operation.
