“Although the audit is substantially complete, we are rescheduling our conference call date to accommodate our third-party valuation specialist firm that is incurring personnel constraints during the busy year-end reporting period,” said Dannette Henning, CFO of Where Food Comes From.  “The valuation specialist was engaged in the fourth quarter to estimate our SureHarvest unit’s fair value using a 13-year projection of discounted cash flows, which incorporates planned growth rates, market-based discount rates and estimates of residual value.”
