CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Critical Control Energy Services Corp. (TSX: CCZ; CCZ.PR.A) ("Critical Control") announces that the TSX has accepted the Corporation’s application to voluntarily delist from the TSX as outlined in the Corporation’s press release dated February 12, 2019. 

Accordingly, the last day of trading for the common shares and preferred shares of Critical Control on the TSX will be February 28, 2019.  The Corporation is not seeking an alternative listing for its shares.
