Luanda, ANGOLA, January 14 - The opposition parties with parliamentary seat defended on Friday in Luanda, the urgent revision of the Constitution and the Electoral Law to better serve the interests of the nation. ,

Adalberto da Costa Júnior, parliamentary leader of the UNITA party, understands that the current Constitution of 2010 enables excessive powers to the president of the Republic.  

To this MP, every time a legislative authorization is given to the Head of the Executive Power on various legal tools, it is needed to be caution not to go to excess of concentrated power.

Unita understands that, while it takes long for these issues to be discussed, the country remains unprepared to serve the interests of the citizens.

Other opposition parties such as the PRS and coalition CASA-CE also support the revision of the constitution.
