Angola and Austria focus on private investment

Viena, ANGOLA, December 17 - Angola and Austria have been strengthening the bilateral relations through a focus on private investment, informed last Sunday in Vienna, capital of the European country, the Angolan ambassador to this state, Teodolinda Coelho. ,

The diplomat, who highlighted the good political and diplomatic relations between both countries, said that there is the intention to create more firms, with a view to increasing job offer countrywide.     

 

She informed that the two states have been reducing the commercial component and focusing on private investment.

 

Speaking to the press, in anticipation of the Africa/Europe Top Level Meeting, taking place in Vienna, Teodolinda Coelho said there is already a legislation, translated into English and German, which is being handed out to entrepreneurs through the Trade Chamber.

 

The Angolan community in Austria is made up of 200 citizens.

 

The Angolan Embassy in Austria also represents the country in Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia.

 

The delegation to the Africa/Europe Top Level Meeting is headed by the Angolan Vice President, Bornito de Sousa.
