“The surge in home prices over the past few years due to the housing supply shortage has finally taken a toll on the market,” Leslie Appleton-Young commented in a recent communiqué. “Despite an improvement in supply conditions, there is a high level of uncertainty about the direction of the market that is affecting home-buying decisions.” She further elaborated on the impact on the Bay Area.

“Leslie Appleton-Young's presentation on the state of the housing economy and recent trends was extremely insightful,” commented Dan Haiek, Zephyr’s Marketing Manager. “She presents a lot of complex information in a very clear and concise way, conveying the big-picture trends in a meaningful way.”

Also included was a session entitled You Are the CEO, presenting methods for structuring, planning and branding that will lead to success as well as a healthy balance between life and work.

In addition, a dynamic panel discussion with a team of Zephyr’s top producers offered detailed information to build business successfully in any market. Panelists included award-winners Amy Clemens, Tanya Dzhibrailova, Sherri Howe, Keira Mead and David O'Brien, moderated by Zephyr’s President and CEO, Randall Kostick.

“REdiscover was designed to provide agents with the necessary confidence and impetus to launch into 2019 with a proven plan for success,” remarked Matthew Borland, Zephyr’s Chief Operating Officer. “Keeping with our cultural roots, critical business insights were shared by some of the best in the business.”

REdiscover is part of Zephyr’s continuing commitment to training and education for all agents and staff. Many opportunities are held throughout the year, some of which are exclusive for Zephyr as well as some open to the public.
