Luanda, ANGOLA, December 7 - Angolan ambassador to Japan, Rui Xavier, presented the credentials letters to Emperor Akihito Thursday, confirming him as the representative of the Angolan state to the Japanese nation.,

Rui Xavier defines Japan as an economically robust country and highlights the fact that it is part of the Group of Seven (G7), a forum composed of nations that together represent half of the world economy.

We will absorb the best that Japan has for Angola, said the ambassador at the time of taking office in the current functions.

Rui Xavier has held similar positions in Portugal and Italy, according to a press release that ANGOP had access today (Friday).

Angola and Japan cooperate in sectors such as education, health, agriculture, industry, energy and infrastructure, technology transfer and economic information.
