These key hires strengthen Dynamic Signal’s team at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, leading the $5 billion Employee Communication and Engagement market. Research has found that 85 percent of global workers are not actively engaged with their work and that companies with employees who rank in the top quartile of engagement are 21 percent more profitable than those with employees in the bottom quartile, making the focus on employee experience a top priority.

"Engaged employees are the top factor that determines a company’s success or failure from the inside out. Our growth trajectory is proof positive that an engaged workforce is a crucial element in how today’s global enterprises attract and retain talent,” said Russ Fradin, CEO of Dynamic Signal. "As an organization, we are obsessed with being a world-class partner. The addition of top talent like Wendy and Nav showcases our commitment to delivering the very best in every aspect of customer success and product experience. We're proud to welcome them to the Dynamic Signal team and we’re excited for how they will serve our customers.”

Close is a thirty-year software industry professional skilled in uncovering actionable insights that drive product, go-to-market, distribution, and growth strategies. In her new role she will be responsible for sales readiness and marketing enablement, as well as driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and overall go-to-market strategy. She will also help build the Dynamic Signal “brain trust,” giving customers the opportunity to network with more than 850 leaders, achievers and innovators in the field of Employee Communication and Engagement. Prior to joining Dynamic Signal, Close served as VP of Global Product Marketing at Apttus, a software provider for the Quote-to-Cash market. Prior to Apttus, Close spent over a decade at Salesforce on the GTM strategy team and over 10 years as a Gartner CRM Research Analyst.

Kalra has accumulated over 20 years of experience working with startups, technology-based corporations, media, and telecommunications providers. In his new role at Dynamic Signal he will be responsible for implementation services, professional services, and ensuring long-term customer success through customer experience optimization and partnerships.
