TORONTO, Nov. 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Further to bulletin 2018-0622, on June 29th Vogogo Inc. completed the acquisition required to extend the maturity date of the convertible debentures.  As a result maturity was automatically extended to the final maturity date of June 30, 2020.
