This unit is made of 316 stainless steel and mounted on a galvanized cart with a galvanized roof suitable for outdoor locations such as oil rigs and other offshore environments where a portable power supply is needed.

The Larson Electronics MPD-XC-SS316-75KVA-150MCB-TKD-MOD1 power distribution substation converts 480V AC three phase electrical current into three phase 208Y/120V AC. This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 480V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. This 316 stainless steel portable panel is mounted on a galvanized cart with a galvanized roof, making the unit suitable for outdoor applications.

The MPD-XC-SS316-75KVA-150MCB-TKD-MOD1 portable power distribution substation allows operators to power 208V and 120V equipment from a single system in offshore locations and oil rigs. Operators can connect 480V line-in power through a 20-foot 4/4 Type W cord with 100-amp pin/sleeve IEC 60309 IP67 rated cord caps on the primary side. Operators provide their own outlets to power 208V and 120V equipment on the secondary side, which contains a panel with ten, 2-pole 20-amp breakers and two, 2-pole 30-amp breakers.

This 75 KVA portable power distribution substation is certified to UL 1640 and NEMA 4X rated for indoor and outdoor use. The portable transformer is grounded to the frame and a grounding lug provided for the earth ground. This unit is suitable for use at construction sites, for plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, shows, exhibits, oil rigs, shipyard operations and more.
