Head of State dismisses State secretary for Territorial Planning

Luanda, ANGOLA, November 19 - The Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, last Friday dismissed Ângela Cristina de Branco Lima Rodrigues Mingas from the post of secretary of State for Territorial Planning. ,

Ângela Mingas had been appointed to such posto n 13 October last year, reads a note issued by the Civil Office of the Head of State.

In a different Presidential Order, João Lourenço appointed Manuel Marques de Almeida Pimentel to the position of secretary of State for Territorial Planning.
