TORONTO, Aug. 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guardian Capital LP announced that effective on or about October 31, 2018, it will be terminating Guardian Canadian Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund. Effective immediately, units of the fund are no longer offered for sale. Unitholders will not be required to pay any fees in connection with the fund’s termination. However, the fund may make distributions of income to unitholders prior to its termination.
