(the “Company”) at a price per Share of CAD $72.3513 for an aggregate purchase price of CAD $876,825.40.  As a result of this acquisition of the Shares, as at August 17, 2018, IFL holds 1,065,043 Shares representing 10.04% of the outstanding Shares of the Company.
