Soyo, ANGOLA, August 3 - Soyo municipality located 310 km away from Mbanza Kongo, northern Zaire, will have new premises for the functioning of its local court, said on Wednesday the Chief Justice, Rui Ferreira.,

Speaking to the press, the Chief Justice said the works carried out to build the new facilities have already reached its final stage, being currently installed the new equipments in the premises.
