CPLP: Angola to host 13th Summit of heads of State
The decision emerged from the 12th Summit of Heads of State and Government of CPLP, started Tuesday in Cabo Verde's Sal Island, also attended by Angolan President, João Lourenço.
Angola is expected to take over the two-term presidency of the Organisation's, at Luanda meeting.
The 12the Summit ends Wednesday under the motto "Culture, People and Oceans".
Participants discussed the free circulation of people and goods in the Portuguese Speaking Community zone.
CPLP comprises Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor.
The organisation was created on 17 July, 1996.
