According to the official, the development of the province of Bengo goes through the good performance of its municipal and communal administrators, as they are directly connected with the citizens. Speaking at the inauguration of municipal administrators appointed by her last Tuesday, Mara Quiosa said it was not an easy task, but it was possible if the administrators put the work above all else. He recalled that life is done in the municipalities, with strong administrators, so that the province can thrive and move towards development. Anastacia de Vasconcelos was sworn in as the municipal administrator of Dande, replacing Joao da Silva Castelo Branco, while José Domingos Muginga da Silva was appointed administrator of Ambriz, a role that was being held by Joana Pinto Cabunde. António Augusto João was sworn in as a municipal administrator of Bula Atumba, a place left by Manuel Lisboa Neto, who is now the administrator of Nambuangongo, a function formerly exercised by Francisco Sebastião Adão.
