President swears in new economic secretary
Luanda, ANGOLA, July 2 - Angolan head of State João Lourenço Monday swore in Alcino dos Prazeres Izata Francisco da Conceição, who was recently appointed secretary for Economic Affairs.

After wishing the appointee success in his new job, João Lourenço described the nomination of Izata da Conceição as an internal rotation.
Attended the ceremony, among other figures, Vice President of Republic Bornito de Sousa, ministers and assistants to the President of Republic.
Alcino Izata da Conceição holds a post-graduate degree in economics and finance from Jules Verne University in Amiens, France.
He started his professional career in 2002 in the financial department of French oil company ELF-Exploration Angola, now TOTAL.
The new secretary for economic affairs of the President of Republic takes over from Ricardo Sandão Queirós Veigas de Abreu, who was appointed minister of Transport.
