Zaire: MPLA committed to staff training for local elections
Mbanza Kongo, ANGOLA, June 27 - Permanent training of staff, ahead of the local elections, will remain one of the ruling MPLA party's priorities, pledged Wednesday the party's first secretary in northern Zaire province, José Joanes André.

The politician was speaking at the opening of a training action designed for staff and leaders of the party in the region.
He said that MPLA has always announced in advance the training and preparation of its militants for the great challenges of the country, which has allowed it to achieve victories in various areas.
"The training is meant to prepare our staff to adapt to the new challenges aimed at implementing the governance programme and the achievement of the victory in the next municipal elections," he said.
