Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos made this statement at the opening of the meeting of the Executive Committee of the organization, which aims to prepare a set of documents that will be submitted and approved during the 43rd Plenary Assembly of the SADC-FP, to be held in Luanda (Angola ) in the month of June.

For this reason, he added, the proposal for a new organizational structure of its Secretariat, which was drafted with the support of the secretaries-general of the respective parliaments, will be under consideration.
