IRVINE, Calif., May 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Neglecting to prepare for internal succession planning can prove to be fatal for organizations. The costs of not preparing for transitions in executive roles are incredibly high. On Friday, June 22, from 8:45 to 11:45 a.m., the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education (DCE) will host a free "HRTalks: Succession Planning Excellence" event on the UCI campus.
