(NASDAQ:KIDS), a company exclusively focused on advancing the field of pediatric orthopedics, recently participated in the Company’s third medical mission with World Pediatric Project (WPP), a foundation focused on providing access to healthcare for children in developing countries.

OrthoPediatrics and WPP began a multi-year partnership in 2017.  Under this partnership, the Company provides surgical implants, instruments, and financial support for surgical teams to travel to the Caribbean and Central and South America to operate on children without previous access to specialized healthcare providers.  The partnership between OrthoPediatrics and World Pediatric Project is a natural one; both organizations were founded to provide solutions to children with pediatric-specific healthcare needs.  OrthoPediatrics’ Development Engineer and WPP volunteer, Grace Gibbs, served on the April 2018 mission trip to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, commenting, “It was an unforgettable and life-changing experience to be a part of this team and help so many children in need!”
