Armed forces staff urged to display patriotic loyalty

Huambo, ANGOLA, March 14 - The staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) have been told to maintain high level of patriotic loyalty that help them avoid betraying the oath of National Flag and higher interests of the Nation, which imply, if necessary, the sacrifice of one's own life. ,

 

The call was launched Wednesday by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Angolan Armed Forces for Patriotic Education, general Egídio de Sousa Santos "Discipline" in central Huambo province.

 

The FAA high ranking officer was addressing a an opening ceremony of the 16th Methodological Seminar of Patriotic Education organs, running until Friday.

 

He reminded that the abandonment of barrack where they are placed or giving up uniform assigned to them, taking into account the mandatory commitment to Homeland, is tantamount to the act of defection, which is a military crime.
