Cuito, ANGOLA, March 12 - Angolan minister of National Defense Salviano de Jesus Cerqueira Monday admitted existing some irregularities in the Social Security Fund of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA). ,

 

Salviano de Jesus Cerqueira expressed concern at the end of a few-hour visit to the central Bie province, where he evaluated the social conditions of the staff stationed in that region.

 

The minister mentioned the existence of some lists containing elements considered ghosts, who benefit from the pensions.

 

In view of this situation, he stressed, the sector is carrying out the re-registration process across the country to confirm the true ones who can receive the pension.

 

The minister spoke of 60-day deadline for the end of the process, started in February.
