President Agostinho Neto promoted to Army General

Luanda, ANGOLA, March 11 - The first President of Angola, António Agostinho Neto, was posthumously promoted to the military rank of Army General, in a decision of the National Security Council.,

According to a press release arrived in Angop on Saturday, the National Security Council met last Friday in Luanda chaired by the head of State and Commander in Chief of the Angolan Armed Forces, João Lourenço.
