Encore Workforce Optimization Software Rated Compatible with Mitel MiVoice Business

After rigorous testing by Mitel, dvsAnalytics announced that Encore has earned the Mitel-Compatible Test Certification. With the certification, dvsAnalytics has also reinforced its Mitel Solutions Alliance partnership with Mitel.
