Angola: Newly sworn-in officials to help improve country's image - president
Luanda, ANGOLA, January 12 - Angolan Head of state João Lourenço believes that the newly sworn in members for the Sovereign Fund of Angola, Sonangol-EP and the Financial Information Unit will contribute to the improvement of the country's image before the Angolans and international community.

Joao Lourenço was addressing a swearing in ceremony of the CEOs and managers of the aforementioned companies, held on Friday.
The statesman, who stressed the Angola's Sovereign Fund's role in the country's economy, praised the skill of the staff, having expressed conviction that they will jibe with their task.
Sworn in for Sovereign Fund Board:
Carlos Alberto Lopes – CEO ;
Laura Alcântara Monteiro - Executive Director ;
Miguel Damião Gago - Executive Director
Pedro Sebastião Teta - Executive Director
Valentina de Sousa Matias Filipe – Executive Director ;
Also sworn in were María de Fátima Republicano de Lima Viegas as Secretary for Social Affairs of the President and José Manuel Mena Abrantes Consultant of the President of the Republic.
For Sonangol-EP, the president swore in Lopo Fortunato Ferreira do Nascimento and Marcolino José Carlos Moco, respectively as non executive managers.
Francisca Salomé Massango de Brito went to the position of Director General of Financial Information Unit.
