McGlinchey Stafford Names Brian S. McGrath a Member of the Firm
NEW YORK, Jan. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce Brian S. McGrath has been named a Member of the firm. McGrath joined McGlinchey Stafford’s New York City, New York office in 2015.

McGrath has almost two decades of commercial litigation experience including handling landmark patent litigation, complex antitrust matters, and labor disputes. Most recently, he has focused on representing financial institutions, including mortgage loan servicers, in a variety of litigation matters involving mortgage servicing, lender liability, consumer protection statutes, the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). McGrath’s practice requires him to routinely appear in state and federal courts, including conducting hearings and trials and engaging in complex motion practice. McGrath also has a substantial appellate practice, and he previously served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Kings County.

He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The State University of New York, University at Buffalo Law School in 2000, and his B.A. from The State University of New York at Geneseo in 1996.
