European Parliament’s ENVI Committee visits EFSA
A delegation from the European Parliament’s Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) Committee led by liaison MEP for EFSA Ms Pilar Ayuso, visited Parma on 18-19 December 2017.
MEPs from the ENVI committee visit EFSA twice a year to discuss a variety of topics. These include the Authority’s day-to-day operations and also its scientific activities with a focus on pesticides, new technologies, GMOs, antimicrobial resistance, plus animal health and welfare.
