Mr. Allen was required to tender his resignation solely as a result of a change in circumstances related to his personal business interests and intends to remain engaged with Freshii in some capacity going forward. The Board of Directors of Freshii would like to thank Mr. Allen for his contributions to date and the Company looks forward to his continued support. Mr. Allen will be replaced on the Board of Directors at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders.
