Luanda, ANGOLA, November 7 - The secretary of Foreign Affairs of the United States of Mexico, Luis Videgaray Caso, has congratulated his Angolan counterpart, Manuel Domingos Augusto, on his recent appointment to the post. ,

In a message that reached Angop on Monday, through the Embassy of Angola in Mexico, Luis Videgaray Caso  assures his government's willingness to continue strengthening political dialogue between both countries.

Manuel Augusto was appointed Foreign minister in September 2017, following the new Angolan Government that resulted from the country’s fourth general election of 23 August.  

Until his appointment, Manuel Augusto ( 60) served as secretary of State in the same ministry.
