Europe's Famous Hostels Announces The Travel Blogger Winner Of Eurotrip Contest 2017

Last summer Europe's Famous Hostels (EFH) organized a contest for travel bloggers to get a chance to win 1-month trip all-inclusive in Europe.

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, October 10, 2017 / -- The prize was to travel in style on 1st class with Interrail/Eurail Global Pass, get free accommodation at the best hostels in Europe and even get money for other expenses.

The contest started from 15th of June and lasted until 15th August.

With over 531 travel bloggers involved, the participants had to create web content mentioning Europe's Famous Hostels during summer. Good English language skills was mandatory. The bloggers were evaluated based on their online writing skills, if they communicate effectively with millennials, also the design and interactions of the posts.

Europe's Famous Hostels was looking for a born to be wild travel blogger; passionate about adventure and solo travelling: Daisy Altelaar from My Travel Tricks Blog is the winner! "She's a dedicated and energetic photographer and travel blogger from Amsterdam with extensive experience in tourism marketing," stated the Rui Magro Correia (General Manager of Europe's Famous Hostels). Also describes her as "Really competent in writing high quality content. Every article is unique and based on her own experience," as you can check on her blog.

Daisy Altelaar, 25 years old travel blogger will be able to explore and immerse herself in European culture where Europe's Famous Hostels are located. "As a fulltime travel blogger I couldn't resist taking part in your competition. It's the perfect combination of my passions: marketing, travelling and writing," states Daisy, "I launched My Travel Tricks and worked together with companies from South Africa to Canada. I am very passionate about travelling and built a very active audience that follows me along the way. I inspire my followers to travel to the places I like most and since I am in love with Europe."
