President Donald J. Trump Signs H.R. 3110 into Law
On Wednesday, September 27, 2017, the President signed into law:
H.R. 3110, the " Financial Stability Oversight Council Insurance Member Continuity Act," which allows the independent member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council to continue to serve on the Council until the earlier of 18 months after the end of such member's term of service or the date on which a successor is confirmed and appointed.
