Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New Three-Year Reference Notes Security

/EINPresswire.com/ -- MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Sep 27, 2017) -  Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAEJ4, due on Sept. 29, 2020. The issue will be priced on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, and will settle on Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at benchmark size.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, Inc. and TD Securities.
