Roads go both ways-While northern Michigan is typically the first thought for RVers and campers, there are many beautiful campgrounds and experiences below the 45^th parallel. Northpointe Shores RV Resort near Anchor Bay in Ira Township, Michigan is just one example. This brand new RV resort, which opened earlier this summer, has multiple full hookup sites available. General RV, the nation's largest family run RV dealership, has "just a handful" of RV rentals available in Michigan, said John Demick, rental director for General RV. "I suggest calling sooner than later, don't be too particular and keep expectations in check because at this point, it is what it is in terms of availability," he said.
